Our mobile support team & service assistants are extensively experienced in handling customers roadside issues, allowing them to handle the roadside inquiries quickly and efficiently, while ensuring that our customers are not stranded for a lengthy time and service is delivered as smoothest as possible
Smart Assist roadside assistance will be provided wherever services can be delivered by land vehicle on public roads inside Dar es Salaam only, where access is possible and permissible by the local law. However, the roadside assistance services will not be provided where or when weather, security or other circumstances make the provision of the services impossible or threaten the safety of the persons or equipment intended to provide the services. Desert and off-road recoveries as well as sand and mud extraction services are not covered under this program.
Our customer vehicle is protected for a year after purchase of the Smart Assist roadside assistance program, regardless of any change in vehicle ownership during the shielded period.
Smart Assist provides 24/7 road side assistance services such as towing, flat tyre changing, battery recharge, fuel delivery, ambulance service, accidents handling and roadside security.
Smart Assist currently provides road assistance services in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Moshi and Arusha. Soon expanding to the entire country.
The Smart Assist App is available for both android and iPhone, follow the procedures below to install the application on your smartphone.
You can request road assistance by logging in to the App, select the vehicle then select request assistance on the home screen, select the service(s) you require by ticking the box then click confirm.
An assistant will be assigned promptly for service(s) provision.

No, there are three main types of memberships for the App as follows:
Indeed, assistance can also be provided without using the app. The customer will simply have to call +255 746 986 110 where they will be connected with our agents from the call center team. Customer will then be required to provide their vehicle registration number and our agent will make a manual request for them. However, the Customer must have installed the app and registered his/her vehicle prior to the Call.
